The following is a list of the possible service styles for your to choose from.

INDIVIDUALLY PLATED

This style of service is a served one meat meal.  Typically served for corporate events that would like to do a presentation throughout the meal or companies that are looking for more of an elegant reception while still controlling costs.

COUNTRY STYLE

This style of service is sometimes referred as "family style" which gives you the variety of choosing two meats. Typically,  this style of service is most commonly used when you want to be ensured not only selection, but quantity of food as well.

BUFFET

This style of service also includes 2 meats with the option of adding a third. it is typically best for a more casual corporate atmosphere where you would like your guests to interact with one another. Typically, this style works best  for events such as retirements, Christmas receptions and award presentations.
